Add a "Book" button on Apple Maps

Free setup via Apple Business Connect. Takes 5 minutes.

Setup Steps

Apple Business Connect lets any business manage their presence on Apple Maps, Siri, Wallet, and other Apple apps.

  1. 1

    Go to Apple Business Connect

Visit businessconnect.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple Business Connect is free for all businesses.

  2. 2

Claim or create your business listing

Search for your business. If it exists, claim it. If not, create a new listing. You'll need to verify ownership (phone or email verification).

  3. 3

    Complete your business profile

Add your business name, address, phone number, hours, category, and photos. This information appears on Apple Maps.

  4. 4

    Add your booking link

In the "Actions" or "Links" section, add your Reeserved booking URL (e.g., reeserved.com/book/your-business). Apple will display a "Book" or "Reserve" action on your listing.

  5. 5

    Publish

Save and publish your listing. Changes may take 24-48 hours to appear on Apple Maps. iPhone and Mac users searching for your business will see the booking action.

Why this matters

  • 1.5 billion Apple devices — iPhone users searching for businesses near them see Apple Maps results first.
  • Zero cost — Apple Business Connect is completely free. No subscription, no commission.
  • Siri integration — "Hey Siri, book an appointment at [your business]" can direct users to your booking page.
  • Trust signal — A verified business listing with a booking action looks professional and established.

Tips

  • Use the same booking link as Instagram and Google: reeserved.com/book/your-slug
  • Add high-quality photos to your Apple Business listing — they appear in Maps search results.
  • Keep your business hours up to date — Apple Maps shows whether you're open or closed.
  • You can manage multiple locations from one Apple Business Connect account.
