1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Reeserved ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reeserved provides online booking and scheduling software for businesses. The Service includes a dashboard for managing schedules, bookings, customers, and payments, and a public booking page for customers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per business is allowed on the free trial.

4. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full feature access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Pricing is listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (business details, schedules, customer information). We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reeserved is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
