Follow these steps to connect Google Calendar to your Reeserved account.
Log in to your Reeserved dashboard and go to Settings from the sidebar.
Scroll to the "Google Calendar" card. Click "Connect Google Calendar".
A Google sign-in window will open. Choose the Google account you want to sync with. Grant Reeserved permission to manage your calendar events.
After connecting, select which calendar to sync bookings to — your primary calendar, a work calendar, or any calendar in your account.
Toggle sync on. From now on, every new booking creates a Google Calendar event automatically. Cancelled bookings remove the event.
If you offer virtual sessions, enable video conferencing in Settings. Every calendar event will automatically include a Google Meet link.
Create a test booking from your public booking page. Check your Google Calendar — the event should appear within seconds with customer name, service, and time.
Check that sync is enabled (green toggle) in Settings. Also verify you selected the correct calendar. Events appear within 10 seconds of booking.
Make sure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser. Try using Chrome if you're on Safari. If using Google Workspace, your admin may need to allow the Reeserved app.
