Auto-generate video meeting links for every booking. Zero manual work.
Follow these steps to connect Zoom & Google Meet to your Reeserved account.
Decide between Zoom and Google Meet. Google Meet is simpler (works through your existing Google Calendar connection). Zoom offers more features (waiting rooms, recording, breakout rooms).
If you've already connected Google Calendar, just enable "Video Conferencing" in Settings. Every calendar event will automatically include a Google Meet link. No extra setup needed.
Log in to the Zoom App Marketplace (marketplace.zoom.us). Go to Develop > Build App. Choose "Server-to-Server OAuth" type. Give it a name (e.g., "Reeserved Booking").
After creating the app, copy the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from the app dashboard. Add the required scopes: meeting:write:admin and user:read:admin.
Go to Reeserved Settings > Video Conferencing. Enter your Zoom Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret. Click "Verify Connection" to test.
In your Resource settings, toggle on "Video Conferencing" for resources that should include meeting links. You can have some resources in-person and others virtual.
Create a test booking. The confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp should include a unique meeting link. For Zoom, check your Zoom Dashboard > Meetings to see the auto-created meeting.
Verify that "Video Conferencing" is enabled in Settings AND that Google Calendar sync is active. Meet links are added to the calendar event, so both must be connected.
Double-check your Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret. Make sure the Server-to-Server OAuth app is activated (not just created) in the Zoom App Marketplace.
Verify the required scopes (meeting:write:admin, user:read:admin) are added to your Zoom app. Check the Reeserved logs in Settings for error details.
Currently, Reeserved uses one video platform per tenant. Choose the one that works best for your business.
