Follow these steps to connect Stripe to your Reeserved account.
Log in to your Reeserved dashboard and go to Settings from the sidebar.
Scroll to the "Payments" card. Click "Connect Stripe".
You'll be redirected to Stripe's Connect onboarding flow. Sign in to your existing Stripe account, or create a new one. Stripe will ask for your business details and bank account.
Stripe may require identity verification (government ID, business documents). This is a one-time process. Some accounts are approved instantly; others take 1-2 business days.
Back in Reeserved, go to your Resources and set prices on your slots. You can set different prices for peak hours, weekends, or specific services.
Visit your public booking page and create a test booking. You'll see the payment form during checkout. Use Stripe's test card (4242 4242 4242 4242) if you're in test mode.
Switch Stripe to live mode in your Stripe Dashboard. Real payments will now be processed. Funds settle to your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2 business days).
Disable popup blockers for reeserved.com. The Stripe Connect flow opens in a new window or redirect.
Make sure you've switched from test mode to live mode in both Stripe and Reeserved. Test payments only appear in test mode.
Yes. Reeserved auto-selects the payment gateway based on currency. INR bookings use Razorpay; all other currencies use Stripe.
When you cancel a booking in Reeserved, the payment is automatically refunded to the customer's original payment method via Stripe.
