How to Set Up Razorpay with Reeserved

Accept UPI, cards, and net banking for bookings in India. 5-minute setup.

Before you start

  • •A Reeserved account (free trial works).
  • •A Razorpay Business account (sign up at razorpay.com).
  • •Your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret (from Razorpay Dashboard > Settings > API Keys).
  • •You must be an Admin or Owner on your Reeserved team.

Step-by-step setup

Follow these steps to connect Razorpay to your Reeserved account.

    Get your Razorpay API keys

    Log in to your Razorpay Dashboard. Go to Settings > API Keys. Generate a new key pair if you haven't already. Copy the Key ID and Key Secret.

    Open Reeserved Settings

    Log in to your Reeserved dashboard and go to Settings from the sidebar.

    Find the Payments section

    Scroll to the "Payments" card. Click "Connect Razorpay".

    Enter your API credentials

    Paste your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret. Reeserved verifies the credentials immediately.

    Set prices in INR

    Go to your Resources and set prices on your booking slots in Indian Rupees (INR). You can set different prices for peak hours, services, or membership tiers.

    Test a payment

    Visit your public booking page and create a test booking. You'll see Razorpay's payment form with UPI, cards, and net banking options.

    Verify in Razorpay Dashboard

    Check your Razorpay Dashboard > Transactions to confirm the payment was captured. Funds settle to your bank account per your Razorpay settlement schedule.

Troubleshooting

Payment fails with 'invalid key' error

Make sure you're using the correct API keys (live keys for production, test keys for testing). Keys start with 'rzp_live_' for live mode and 'rzp_test_' for test mode.

UPI option not showing for customers

UPI is enabled by default in Razorpay for most accounts. If it's missing, check Razorpay Dashboard > Payment Methods and ensure UPI is activated.

Refund not processing automatically

Automatic refunds require sufficient balance in your Razorpay account. Check Razorpay Dashboard > Refunds for status. Refunds typically process in 5-7 business days.
