Connect bookings to 7,000+ apps in 5 minutes. No code required.
Follow these steps to connect Zapier to your Reeserved account.
Go to Settings > API & Integrations. Click "Create API Key". Give it a name (e.g., "Zapier"). Copy the key — it's shown only once.
Log in to Zapier. Click "Create Zap" or "+ Create". Search for "Reeserved" in the trigger app search, or use "Webhooks by Zapier" for custom polling.
Choose a trigger event: "New Booking", "New Customer", or "Booking Cancelled". Enter your Reeserved API key when prompted. Zapier will test the connection.
Search for the app you want to send data to — Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, HubSpot, QuickBooks, etc. Choose the specific action (e.g., "Create Spreadsheet Row").
Map Reeserved booking data to your action app's fields. Available fields: customer name, email, phone, service/resource name, booking date, time, amount, status.
Zapier will pull a sample booking from your account and run it through the action. Verify the data appears correctly in your destination app.
Click "Publish" or "Turn on Zap". From now on, every new booking will automatically trigger your workflow. Zapier polls every 1-15 minutes depending on your Zapier plan.
Make sure you copied the full API key (starts with 'rsk_'). Keys are shown only once at creation. If lost, revoke the old key and create a new one in Settings.
You need at least one booking in your Reeserved account for Zapier to pull sample data. Create a test booking first.
Zapier's free plan polls every 15 minutes. Upgrade your Zapier plan for 1-2 minute polling. For real-time, use Reeserved's webhook API instead of Zapier.
No credit card required. Set up in 2 minutes.
