Yes. Razorpay processes INR payments. For USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies, Reeserved automatically uses Stripe.

What are the Razorpay fees?

Standard Razorpay rates (typically 2% for domestic cards, 0% for UPI on some plans). Reeserved charges zero additional commission.

Do I need an existing Razorpay account?

Yes. You'll need a Razorpay Business account. Sign up at razorpay.com, then connect it in Reeserved Settings.

Can customers pay with UPI?

Yes. UPI is supported and presented as the default payment option for Indian customers.

How do refunds work?

When a booking is cancelled, Reeserved automatically initiates a refund via Razorpay. Refunds typically process in 5-7 business days.
